| Schoolies'Schoolies' is an Eastern Australia tradition of letting newly-graduated year 12 students celebrate and dance for the week after graduation. It's also known for being very seedy and dangerous, and everyone is advised to be careful. I have some advice; if you go alone, stay at the government-sponsored area, which is the beach. There are always policemen and volunteers, so it's a lot safer than wandering around by yourself at night. And don't take anybody's shit. If they want you to kiss their mate for schoolies and you don't want to do that, don't stop walking. Just keep going (or move along) with a loud 'no thanks!'. Stay safe guys.
